Compares complete nominal gear/reference geometry, actual cutter/holder/fixtures, indexed axial strokes and supplied flank measurements.
This review is available through the separate offline tools. It does not run automatically when you upload a STEP file and requires the additional inputs described below.
Required inputs
Complete finished gear/reference CAD, explicit tooth inventory, qualified tool/strategy, actual assembly/path and independently bound calibrated flank limits/results.
Assessment limits
Bounded reference/form-tool route; no inferred involute profile, standard gear class, strength or physical machining-success certification.
