Scope and limits
Checks an actual selected cylindrical through starter bore against declared wire direction and qualified threading limits.
This review is available through the separate offline tools. It does not run automatically when you upload a STEP file and requires the additional inputs described below.
Required inputs
Actual pre-wire precursor CAD, selected bore face from the same model, wire pose/diameter, machine/material profiles and independently supplied requirements.
Assessment limits
Finite complete cylindrical bore, including supported connected split walls; no general EDM plan or physical threading-success proof.
