Non-round cutouts and slots near a bend tangent line: slot parallel to the bend WARNING below 4 x t (INFO below 4 x t + R, Xometry/Fractory), other cutouts WARNING below 2.5 x t (INFO below half the V-die opening, SendCutSend). Round holes stay with PRU-004; a cutout crossing the bend is a relief window and is not judged.
