- Explicit Materialise metal LPBF, SS316L grade assertion and compatible stainless family; selected full cylindrical voids.
- Implementation in Prufi
- Minimum hole diameter 2mm, declared hollow-part powder exit 3mm; selected exit must be a connected through-bore with two planar host faces. Simple diameter screen only; complex cavities may need multiple/larger openings (7mm preferred). Connection to an internal powder cavity, full powder evacuation, sealing and unsupported internal roofs are not assessed. The 2mm ordinary-hole screen does not classify blind/through status. PRU220 checks explicit cavity-point reachability through positively recognized complete passages by exact capping and valid Boolean void components; undeclared outlets and unresolved topology remain unassessed. No powder-evacuation certification.
