Source scope: Preliminary flange support for standard 90-degree air bending with the actual selected V opening.
Implementation in Prufi: Section: Start With 0.7 Times the V-Die Opening for a 90-Degree Air Bend. Compare the outside mould-line flange dimension with 0.7 V for an exact single rectangular bend only. Preliminary supplier guideline; die shoulders, tooling wear, angle changes and elastic effects remain unassessed.
