Model example
Two parallel bends in 2 mm sheet form a Z with a step of only 4 mm between the flat levels; joggle tooling cannot form less than about 2.5 x t = 5 mm.

Expected check result
PRU-102 should warn that the 4 mm offset is below 2.5 x 2 mm = 5 mm and nothing else.
